In this tailored program, youll gently be guided through core bodyweight workouts, aerobics, and breathing exercises that are essential to getting your body back into balance.

These exercises are designed to restore your nervous system’s balance, improve mobility & flexibility, strengthen your core, improve your posture, build an aerobic base, and safely get you on the road to recovery.



Foundation is perfect for those
-Who haven’t worked out in a while
-Have hormone, thyroid and/or adrenal imbalance
-Are new to an exercise routine, want to ease into a fitness program
-Struggle with motivation or aren’t sure about how to get started

If you’ve already nailed down the foundation and are ready to elevate your workouts, choose Thyroid Elevation. It will introduce resistance training into your routine and help you build strength and stamina. So you’ll feel stronger, more confident, and better in your body.

Our dumbbell-kettlebell and bodyweight program is designed to:

Elevation is perfect for those who:

-Have moderate to a good amount of experience working out
-Hormones, thyroid, and adrenals are balanced and virtually symptom-free
-Have been working out regularly for the last three months
-Have fitness goals they want to hit quickly
-Are motivated to workout regularly and know the difference between a dumbbell and a kettlebell
-Can easily workout for 30 minutes without getting overly tired
